Migrate from Exchange 2003 or 2007 to Exchange 2010 from just £2000*

With Exchange 2003 in to its extended support phase, and Exchange 2010 now at Service Pack 1, you may well be considering the move to the latest version. However the costs of doing so can be uncertain, and the skills required for a successful migration are still in short supply, and with email considered to be the most critical application for most companies, making that move can be a daunting prospect, particularly if Exchange 2003 has served you well for many years.

Therefore Exchange specialist Sembee is pleased to bring you our fixed priced Exchange Migration plan.

The fixed price Exchange migration plan includes

• Consultancy for the hardware configuration of your Exchange server
• Installation and configuration of single Exchange 2010 server on Windows 2008/2008 R2.
• Migration of all data, including public folders and mailboxes
• Remote post migration support the first working day after the new server has gone live
• Removal of the old server
• Reconfiguration of an existing Blackberry Server**

The migration will be completed to Microsoft best practises, by Exchange MVP Simon Butler.

Who is this plan suitable for?

This plan is suitable for clients who match the following:

• Up to 500 users
• Migrating to a single Exchange 2010 server (consolidating from multiple servers is fine). That also includes migration from SBS 2003/2008 to the full product.
• Do not require multiple site, multiple server or high availability options
• Not moving to a new Windows Active Directory forest.

If you are interested in the high availability options, multiple server or multiple site deployment, please contact us - it may well be something that can be easily added to one of our fixed price options.

Full price list for the fixed price migration plan

We offer a number of options for a fixed price migration, depending on where you are and whether you require someone on site, or it can be done remotely.

• Option 1 - exclusively remote - £2000
  No on site visits - you provide a machine with Windows already installed or provide a virtual machine for Windows to be installed in to. All work is done remotely.
  Available anywhere in the UK with broadband access.
   
• Option 2 - mixed remote and on site consultancy - £2500
  Within 75 miles of our base in west Berkshire, excluding inside the M25. On site visits for the design, installation and removal phase, with the data migration phase completed remotely. Maximum of three days on site or equivalent.  
   
• Option 3 - mixed remote and on site consultancy inside M25 - £3000
  As above.
   
• Option 4 - all on site consultancy - £3000
  As per option 2, but everything is done on site. This includes one weekend day or two weekday evenings up to 11pm for the migration of the mailbox data to the new server. Maximum of five days on site or equivalent (as above). 
   
• Option 5 - all on site consultancy inside the M25 - £3500
  As option 4.

All options offer some flexibility in how they are actually carried out, as no two businesses operate in the same way.
For example, the on site time could be split in to some full days and some half days. The data can be migrated during a weekday evening or over a weekend.

* This is for professional services only, within 75 miles of our base in west Berkshire, excluding central London.

** If you have a Blackberry Enterprise Server 5.x, or Express edition already in place, then this can be reconfigured for use with Exchange 2010. If you are using BES/BPS 4.x, therefore requiring an upgraded version to be deployed, or require a new Blackberry server to be installed and configured, then this is an additional £250 if completed at the same time as the migration (licences excluded).
